Copenhagen's JAZZ!

Tonight J went out with his friends alone. It’s the last weekend before we go on vacations and he wanted to be with “the guys”. On nights like this I have two options: either go out with “the girls” or stay in. I must say that sometimes I really enjoy the second option. Not that “my girls” aren’t the best company in the whole world (because they are!) but because sometimes I enjoy to have time for myself. These nights usually include a glass of wine, magazines, movies (chick flick or Almodover movies) and ends up with a nice book in bed or me falling asleep on the couch. Sometimes these nights also include girl’s maintenance drills like waxing and doing nails, but that is not interesting.

This particular night I have the living room window open (it's so HOT!) a glass of red wine and I am listening to a Jazz concert from a bar in our street. It is so nice! Like all other Julys, the Jazz festival as started in Copenhagen (www.jazz.dk/en/copenhagen-jazz-festival). Some of the concerts are paid but the great majority of them are for free. You can walk on the street and you can hear live jazz in bars, street or gardens. Wonderful!
